Los Angeles, CAMr. Zeiner has enjoyed practicing structural engineering in the southern California area for the last 26 years. He has been the lead designer and project manager for a wide range of complex projects from large to small within the commercial, residential, institutional, and government sectors within the material context of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber buildings. Additionally, he has served as the primary plan/peer reviewer for a multitude of project types for city and state building authorities including DSA and OSHPD.
