Mr. Tunick has over 16 years of experience with a wide variety of projects including Residential, Educational, Office, and Mixed-Use Developments, ranging from adaptive reuse of existing buildings to high-rise construction.  He has an extensive background in high-seismic structural analysis, design, systems, and construction including Existing Building Seismic Evaluation/Retrofit, Non-Ductile Concrete Buildings, Performance Based Seismic Design, and Seismic Peer Review Services.
