Mr. Kim specializes in applying state-of-the-art linear and nonlinear analysis methodologies for the seismic design of new buildings and the seismic evaluation and upgrade of existing buildings using Performance-Based Design methodologies.  Mr. Kim has been responsible for the analysis of a wide variety of large, complex building structures.
