The experimental work of Dr. Panagiotou, former Assistant Professor of Structural Engineering at U.C. Berkeley, has resulted in eight publications in premier earthquake, and structural engineering journals, and is cited in standards such as ASCE7, ASCE41, and LATBSDC guidelines.
