The new replacement Science Laboratory Building, Wing B, for California State University, Los Angeles,
is a four-story, 100,000 sq. ft. facility, comprised of biological science laboratories, classrooms, a Dean's
suite, a 200-fixed-seat lecture hall, support spaces, and rooftop decks, one with a telescope viewing pad.
The design also allows for a potential future planetarium to be added on the low roof. This project has
been designed to complement the existing Laboratory Building, Wing A, to the south and connects to
Wing A through a new pedestrian bridge. This complex provides approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of new
state-of-the-art science educational program to replace their existing outdated facilities.
